Release notes for 0.9.5 (2012-11-06)

- usage of G92 for applying Z offset was reverted as it needs more discussion for special cases that were reported
Bugfixes:
- fatal error when using brim and no skirt
- workaround for a bug in an upstream library which hasn’t been fixed yet
- fixed regression causing the first two layers to be filled in the same direction
- fixed retraction causing strings between copies
